Learning Based on Projects

LBP is a teaching method through which students access knowledge and develop skills working systematically, researching in order to reply to a question or solve an authentic problem. This approach brings students closer to real life situations and experiences, which in turn are significant to them.

Beyond the field content the project goes through, the cross-cutting LBP work method contributes to learning for life, since it allows students to develop skills such as management and time and work organization, questioning and research, reflection and critical thinking, collaborative work, communication and leadership.

With LBP, students have a more authentic learning experience since they respond to a real need to know something, and using this knowledge they can reply to a question or solve a problem.
