META is an EdTech Portal whose aim is to foster learning in Paraguay.
As an expert organization in educational innovation, Paraguay Educa takes on the task to create an EdTech Portal whose purpose is to provide a platform to support the stakeholders in Paraguayan education as the field undergoes a process of transformation. META offers resources and services that enhance the skills of students and teachers in an equitable and integral manner
META, the 'Technological Educational Medium for Learning' (by its Spanish acronym), strives to make quality education the most prominent national goal, The project would not have been possible without the kind support of the Dubai Cares Foundation.
In developing the project, we work closely with the Ministry of Education and ScienceThe aim of our efforts is to build a learning roadmap that allows us to think of and develop experiences that foster critical thinking, communication abilities, collaboration, and creativity. This is why META strongly emphasizes providing teachers with lifelong learning opportunities for their professional development.
The objectives of META are to:
- Promote active participation within the educational community;
- Create opportunities for content creation; and
- Offer spaces with specific and specialized content pertinent to the local context.
META is a platform designed according to the needs of educators, students, and the wider educational community, with content classified and systematized according to each profile. We aim to get students interested in learning, without age or time constraints.
We invite you to discover the plethora of resources we offer at the META Portal, resources formal and non-formal education in Paraguay. They follow diverse methodologies, and can be used in the classroom, for extra activities, as well as for your own continuing education.

Paraguay Educa
We are a non-profit civil society association that has been promoting technology and innovation in education since 2008, to ensure that each child in Paraguay can develop technological skills for life.
We have more than 12 years' experience collaborating with the government in the creation of public policy regarding innovation in educational and learning experiences.
In addition, since 2016, as part of our expansion and sustainability plan, we offer consulting services and workshops on topics such as computational thinking, programming for children, maker spaces and digital fabrication labs, the one laptop per child model, financial education and inclusion, and educational robotics.
Dubai Cares
Dubai Cares, part of Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives is a UAE-based global philanthropic organization focused on providing children and young people in developing countries with access to quality education through the design and funding of programs that aim Objectives:

- Sustainable.
- and scalable.
Dubai Cares also funds research-oriented programs and establishes pilot initiatives that provide meaningful and valuable evidence for governments, policymakers, and civil society, to support them in defining an educational framework for the future.
